Location: Recife, Brazil
Work hours: 40 / week (9 – 6pm Recife)
Type: Hybrid (3 times week in the office)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to tickets;

  • Help customers understand how Nutcache works:;

  • Ensure that the client has the best experience with Nutcache;

  • Upselling;

  • Short live presentations with clients.

KEY SKILLS:

  • Team playerKnowledge in Agile Management, Scrum, Kanban;

  • Experience with serving SaaS companies;

  • Experience in a technology company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluent French;

  • Advanced English;

  • Strong communication skills;

  • Customer service experience;

  • Be able to put yourself in the customers’ shoes and understand their difficulties;

  • Learn the internal processes of the company.
