Customer Service, French position in Brazil
Location: Recife, Brazil
Work hours: 40 / week (9 – 6pm)
Type: Hybrid (3 times week in the office) if a local person

We are looking for a technical support agent to join our customer service team in Brazil. The selected candidate will provide phone support and offer solutions to meet the needs of clients using our software in Francophone markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond to tickets;
-
Help customers in mastering the use of Nutcache software;

Ensure an optimal customer experience with Nutcache;

Develop opportunities for upselling;

Short live presentations with clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows;
-
Experience with serving SaaS companies (asset);
-
Experience in a technology company.

Fluent French;

Advanced English (asset);
