Nutcache’s international career officially takes off with the launch of its invoicing services in Spanish. We are proud to offer such a high quality online application to the Spanish community all over the world, and most of all, help freelancers and small businesses grow with Nutcache.
Effective time management tracking
Your clients are requesting a detailed invoice and you have to manually compile this information? It’s now a thing of the past because Nutcache lets you include notes when invoicing your clients. All you have to do is select this option while generating an invoice from the Time Tracking module so that you can integrate the notes taken within the Worked Hours screen. This information will then be added to the description section of each item invoiced.
Apply discounts to items when invoicing
Nutcache offers you all the flexibility to handle discount rates when creating invoices or estimates. You can apply this discount directly to the price of a service or a product and Nutcache will adjust your invoice accordingly. Also, the online application will inform you if the balance of your invoice becomes negative so that you can make the necessary adjustments.
Build good business relations
You would like to add your company’s legal notice on each of your invoices so that you can comply with existing rules and reassure your clients? All you have to do is update your Company Profile and this information will automatically be displayed in the bottom section of your invoices when printing or sending emails to your clients.
