A maintenance downtime scheduled this Thursday April 18, 2013 from 2 PM to 3 PM (EDT) announces the latest updates for our free online Nutcache application. Our eager little squirrels are becoming more and more creative and our emails in the months to come will make you feel like it’s Christmas all over again!
Nutcache in multi-user and multi-company mode!
Did you know that Nutcache is the only free multilingual application to offer you these features for both time tracking and invoicing? We strive to offer an even more efficient application, while making sure that all our services remain free. Our little squirrels know that these features are costly in other forests, but not with Nutcache!
On Thursday this week, you will have the possibility to register all the members of your team in your account with a different permission level for each person. We heard your suggestions and know how important it is for you to delegate some of your workload so that you can concentrate on your clients. Your employees can now update their own time sheets and collaborate with you on different files, even remotely. Remember that you can also register your accountant so that he may access your financial information easily.
We also suggest that you register your different companies in Nutcache. Why? Because you can continue to enjoy the same ease of use for all your businesses, and you will save time by having them all in the same place. Your account lets you concentrate on one company at a time so that you can consult key reports for your invoicing and time management. You can create an unlimited number of companies, and there are no limits to the number of clients for each of your businesses.
You will notice that there is no need to download any application to obtain these new features, since we have integrated them directly in Nutcache. We were careful to maintain the same navigation menus so that adding users and businesses remains a simple and easy task to do. The only thing left for you to do is book time in your agenda to explore these new features!
Please remember to select your preferred communication language
By default, the language of communication of all Nutcache existing accounts has been set to English. You can now set the language in which you prefer to receive emails from Nutcache. To set your language of communication, go to the User Profile page and change the related option.
