So – you’ve completed the 3-step process for opening a Nutcache account, but want to know where to go from here? You’ve come to the right place!
After the initial setup, you may wish to personalize your account to better reflect your business image. It’s these simple touches that will give your company a professional profile by personalizing the documents your clients receive. In just a few clicks you can start building your business brand! Here’s how…
Step 1: Log in to your Nutcache account, which will bring up the homepage. If you hover over the ‘Company’ tab on the far left of the menu bar, you’ll see the ‘Companies’ icon drop down – give it a click!

Step 2: Once the page shown above loads, click the green ‘+ Company’ icon if this is the first company profile you’re editing, and the basic ‘Company’ box will appear.

Fill in the boxes with your business’ basic information and click ‘Save’. Note that the email address you provide here can be your own business email, or a more general point of contact, for example, contact@mybusiness.com.

Step 3: You’ll see a summary of all listed companies, namely the one you just entered. If you want to edit a company that you have already entered, you’ll start the customization at this stage. To help the invoice generator add the finishing touches, click the ‘Edit’ link to bring up the ‘Company Profile’ box. Here you’ll be able to enter your company address, phone number, and other details. Keep scrolling down and you’ll get to the ‘Company Presentation’ section – here you can add logos and text that will introduce your business and all the fantastic products and services it offers.

Click the familiar green ‘Save’ icon, and you’re done! Say hello to unlimited personalized invoices and estimates from your favorite accounting squirrels!
