It’s simple, it’s snazzy, and we call it the ‘Time Logger’. No one wants to be stuck at the office over the Christmas holidays, so let our time tracking app swap your office for your armchair, and your expenses for eggnog!
Our new mobile app for Android allows you to manage your hours worked on-the-go, automatically updating the invoices stored on your online account. 20 minutes’ work done on the train, or in front of the fire will be billed to the relevant client without you having to go near your desk, or make a mental note for later (which many of us forget!).
How Your Gift Works
Once you’ve downloaded our time tracker app, the ‘Nutcache Time Logger’, you can log in using your Nutcache account details. From here you can use the Timer, selecting a project and a service from the drop-down menus, to record every minute you’re working. The app continues to count the minutes even if your phone is switched off, as it is linked to your online account throughout the time you are logged in!
You can choose to bill, or not bill, your clients for this time with a simple swipe of a finger. You can add notes to your hours worked if you want a little reminder when you get back to the office! You can also see a summary of the hours you have worked under ‘My Activity’, and their corresponding projects, for the last 30 days.
Our Time Logger app is completely free, like your Nutcache online account. This isn’t one of those gifts that end up costing you money – our squirrels want to see you earn for your efforts!
How to Unwrap Your Gift
1. You need android 4.0.3 and up to run our time tracking app.
2. You’ll need a Nutcache account. If you haven’t yet got yourself the help of our blue squirrels, you can set up your FREE Nutcache account via the Time Logger App, or online via our website.
3. Download the Time Logger app. Download the Android app from Google Play and you’re good to go!
