Can I change plans?
Yes. Log in and go to My account → My subscription to switch plans. Downgrades (or seat reductions) take effect at the end of the current term and the difference is not refunded.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (including Visa/Mastercard debit cards and prepaid cards). For annual subscriptions with more than 20 members, an invoice payable by bank transfer or check can be issued upon request.
Do you offer online support?
Yes. Our support team is available Monday to Friday via email and live chat, with access to the Help Center.
Is Nutcache multilingual?
Absolutely! Nutcache is available in the following four languages: English, French, Portuguese (Brazil), and Spanish. However, the invoicing system lets you send invoices in your clients’ language. The available languages are English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, German, Polish, and Russian.
