Software integrator trainer
Location: Laval, Québec
Work hours: Full time, 40 hours / week
Type of work: 5 days on-site and required to travel to our clients’ locations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Software Integrator Trainer is responsible for supporting, training, and integrating the software for corporate clients.
Additionally, the main responsibilities include user training, process integration, post-deployment support, process analysis and optimization, collaboration with other teams, and documentation writing.
Helping clients align their goals and challenges with the solutions offered by Nutcache and Dynacom.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with clients to integrate their most critical processes into Nutcache and ensure a clear training plan for end users is in place;

Analyze business processes and propose optimizations using the software;

Assist clients in understanding and navigating our software, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues promptly;

Collaborate closely with project management, development, and quality assurance teams to resolve complex issues;
-
Proactively identify opportunities to improve clients’ workflows and provide recommendations;
-
Draft user guides, FAQs, and training materials to help clients maximize the value of our software;
-
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their success with Nutcache;
-
Manage integration projects between different business partners;
-
Design and execute complex data migrations from existing systems to Nutcache products;
-
Push the limits of Nutcache by creating complex workflows for clients;
-
Host webinars, consultations, and online demonstrations to train clients and partners on the features of our product while providing technical support through the creation of presentations and training materials;

Define, manage, and execute project implementation plans;
-
Plan client visits for training and implementation;
-
Contribute to the dynamic pace, requiring responsiveness and flexibility.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Essential
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in the B2B SaaS sector as a technical customer success specialist, integration and implementation manager, technical project manager, technical account manager, or technology consultant, with specific expertise in software onboarding and implementation;

5+ years of experience in client deployment support;
-
Proven experience managing product implementation projects, involving hands-on, practical implementation, along with strong skills in project tracking and managing unique workflows;
-
Experience with Windows Server/Services, web services/applications, and mobile applications (Android & iOS);
-
Proven experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role in the software industry, at level 2 or 3;
-
Knowledge of databases (SQL), scripting, and APIs;
-
Familiarity with one or more business software solutions (ERP, CRM, SaaS, or specific tools);
-
Experience in training and change management support;

Knowledge of accounting and/or finance software.
