Senior sales representative, ERP, project management

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience (10+ years) in the SaaS or technology industry. In his role, the representative must be highly autonomous, creative, have an entrepreneurial mentality, able to successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. Always seeking to exceed the objectives set, the representative will have to fully understand the business needs and issues of potential customers to integrate them into our software in order to be able to demonstrate the advantages of our product.


  • This is a selling role, and your main responsibilities will be closing new accounts and create expansion opportunities and sales into existing business accounts. Driving new revenue is the primary focus;

  • You will own the full sales cycle from qualifying the lead through to close;

  • Achieve and exceed your personal monthly, quarterly and annual objectives in a sales cycle with quotas in a SaaS environment;

  • Prospect and identify the decision-maker, arouse their interest to agree on a meeting to present the solution;

  • Analyze and fully understand the business processes of potential customers, as well as the problems they face in order to offer them the right product;

  • In client meetings, have a consultative approach, present the different offers and services and obtain a commitment;

  • Negotiate, relaunch, sign and ensure the proper implementation of the partnership;

  • Create your own customer portfolio, manage and regularly update the CRM;

  • Forecast and track key account metrics;

  • Participate in the definition of the development strategy in connection with the sales teams and other internal teams;

  • Have a long-term vision of its customers in order to properly monitor their life cycle, seize additional sales opportunities and ensure their continuous renewal;

  • Understand the industry, the competition and keep up to date on trends, in short, be perceived by your customers as “the expert”.


  • 10 years of proven, successful Enterprise Sales experience in a SaaS environment, mainly consultant ERP;

  • Knowledge of CRM technologies (example: Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive);

  • Knowledge of project management software an asset (Jira, Monday, Nutcache);

  • Good functional knowledge of HR and finance software is an asset (Workday);

  • Knowledge of the concepts of information systems and integrated systems;

  • Experience with Agile methods;

  • Excellent knowledge of French and English, both oral and written, required;

  • Strong ability to close sales;
