Sales representative

Location: Laval, QC
Schedule: full-time, 40 hours/week
Availability: ASAP
Salary: To discuss, commission uncapped
Languages : French and English

In this role, the representative will develop new accounts and business opportunities through prospecting. The ideal candidate will have experience in the technology industry. Always striving to exceed set goals, the Representative will need to understand the business needs and pain points of potential customers in order to integrate them with our software and demonstrate the benefits of our product. Generating new revenue will be their primary goal.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Generate new revenue;

  • Prospecting and opening new accounts;

  • Negotiate, track, sign and ensure proper implementation of the partnership;

  • Prospect and identify the decision-maker, arouse their interest to agree on a meeting to present the solution;

  • Analyze and fully understand the business processes of potential customers, as well as the problems they face in order to offer them the right product;

  • Achieve and surpass your personal goals;

  • Share and communicate with all Nutcache services;

  • Create your own customer portfolio, manage and regularly update the CRM;

  • Participate in the definition of the development strategy in Quebec in connection with the sales teams and other internal teams;

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • DEP Sales-Consulting or other relevant education or experience;

  • 2+ years of relevant experience as a sales representative/salesperson;

  • Bilingual is an advantage; good French and written English required;

  • Good listening and consultative skills;

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills;

  • Strong ability to close sales;

  • Technology knowledge in the following areas: SaaS software, Hubspot CRM a plus;

  • High degree of professionalism and integrity.
