The ideal candidate is a Growth Hacker with leadership skills, who will prioritize revenue and thrive in a high-growth company, optimizing digital campaigns in a B2B environment. Reporting into the Marketing Director, you are responsible for planning and executing end-to-end demand generation programs to acquire new business across a wide variety of channels, as well as paid campaigns. You will generate actionable insights based on analysis, driving a targeted approach to improve overall return on investment.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Ideate, forecast, develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate and accelerate opportunities and pipelines of sales-qualified leads (MQL/SQL) in an ABX environment

  • Build and maintain constant monitoring and performance analysis across all owned acquisition channels to drive continuous improvement

  • Suggest and perform A/B testing initiatives based on your key recommendations and reporting, optimizing constantly every step of the funnel, with a focus on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Stay up-to-date on best practices for lead generation and proactively recommend new tactics based on industry trends

  • Engage and work with senior leadership to help identify and build exciting growth strategies

  • Own and manage paid search ad campaigns: set targets and budgets and brief the creative team to deliver the needed assets

  • Manage and develop new strategies, perform tests and implement technical audits to constantly optimize and align Nutcache’s SEO

  • Be the key expert of SEO latest trends and algorithm changes

  • Develop and implement email nurturing programs to support marketing campaigns and the sales activities

  • Perform a thorough benchmark of competitor’s as well as best in class’ websites and online marketing initiatives

  • Participate in the comprehensive mapping of the customer lifecycle

  • Manage day-to-day responsibilities, growth budget and workflow of deliverables

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5-10 years SaaS/tech industry experience in successful B2B demand generation role

  • Bachelor in Marketing, Information systems, Business or related degree

  • Deep understanding of growth marketing tactics to optimize all stages of the funnel

  • Strong experience with Martech tool stack, including those below

  • Recent Google Certifications (example: Growth, SEO, Adwords…)

  • Proficiency in marketing effectiveness measurement, marketing KPIs and metrics

  • Knowledge of CRM technologies (example: Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive…)

  • Knowledge of project management software an asset (Wrike, Monday, Asana…)

  • Intrapreneurial, go-getter personality, driven by results and the passion to succeed

  • Thinking “outside the box” spirit with a collaborative and inclusive approach

  • Ability to build strong relationships with the Sales team and Customer Success

  • Skilled strategist that can lead rapid testing and pivots

  • Strong analytical, conceptual, methodical and organizational skills

  • Completely fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
