Business analyst

In-line with the growth of our Project Management Innovation, we are seeking experienced Agile Business Analysts who will understand the business needs, integrate them and transpose them into functional specifications and successfully deliver them to completion with Quality, ahead of schedule & to a high-degree of quality and customer satisfaction.
Also, in conjunction with the Delivery Head, PO, CS and the IT development team, you will be involved in the definition of the strategies as well as in the various
implementations or deployments.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
-
Translate the vision into prioritized deliverable goals/user stories;
-
Break down epics into manageable user stories including testable conditions of acceptance;
-
Identifies creative solutions to business requirements, analyses the strengths and weaknesses of alternatives, and provides recommendations;
-
Work with the Architecture & Tech Leads during Sprints to address functional requirements and functional design clarifications;
-
Decrease or control resistance to change, as needed;
-
Analyze the competition in order to make the product up to the competition global;

Collaborate actively with Scrum Master, UX/UI, Tech leads, POs on the various deliverables;
-
Propose, design and validate solutions according to the business needs of the current customers;
-
Perform analyses and design activities aimed at translating business objectives according to system requirements;

Work closely with all members of the marketing team and PO until delivery;

Design and document specifications for changes in systems;
-
Align software management with Agile standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Operations Management or Administration
-
3-5 years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst and/or similar Product stream (application system);

Master the complete Microsoft Office suite and Windows environment;
-
Solid experience working in an Agile team to agree and develop system/product designs based on user requirements;

Good understanding of system architecture of Application and System Integration Processes;

Experience in Agile philosophy, more specifically the SCRUM method (asset);

Computer knowledge (asset;)
-
CBAP, CABA or RBA certification (asset);
-
Certificate in Business Analysis – Information Technology (Asset).
